Moulds for plastics and metal processing
Complex, technical and cosmetic parts for the automotive, household appliance, electronics and construction sectors, among others.
Plastic injection
After more than 50 years building plastic injection moulds, we know how to propose the most suitable design to each customer. We adapt to your needs with different injection solutions.
Every mould starts with the part: we study its geometry, the material and the planned production to define the number of cavities, the gate locations, the cooling and the ejection. We build everything from single-cavity moulds to 16-cavity moulds.

Standard mould
From the simplest to the most complex parts, for the automotive, white goods, construction and medical sectors.
Two-shot injection
Multi-material moulds: injection of two or more materials by transfer, rotary mould or core-back mould.
Stack mould
Reduces the projected injection area, makes better use of the machine’s capacity and increases productivity.
Gas-assisted
Less weight, shorter cooling time and less warpage. For hollow parts with material savings.
What we take care of when designing an injection mould

Blow moulding
We design and build moulds and tooling for blow-moulded parts, mainly for the automotive sector: air ducts, bellows and ventilation ducts.
Cavity polishing, venting and cooling determine the part finish and the cycle time, so we take care of them from the design stage. When the part requires it, we build the trimming into the mould itself so that it comes out without excess material.
- Compression blow moulds
- Blow moulds with built-in trimming
- Injection blow moulds
- Tools for trimming excess material
Aluminium and zamak
We design the optimal mould for your aluminium or zamak part and build it in our workshop, to the same standards as all our other moulds.
A metal injection mould works at very high temperatures and pressures. The design of the cooling, the runner system and the slides is what determines its service life and the quality of the part, and that is where we put all our experience.

Aluminium
Aluminium injection moulds for the automotive, leisure and electronics sectors, with parts such as arms and steering housings.
Zamak
An economical material with good mechanical properties, widely used in the automotive sector and in electronic components. It allows small, precise parts with a good finish.
Moulds 4.0
We prepare our moulds for Industry 4.0, with built-in sensors and counters.
The mould reports what happens inside during production, so you can adjust the process, detect faults in time and plan maintenance according to the actual cycles.
